Libby Carrier Doran
Libby recently began her own talent management consulting firm, previously having worked with The Wood Group, a Minneapolis-based executive search firm, where she led recruiting engagements for general management, finance and marketing executives. Prior to joining The Wood Group in 1999, Libby spent nearly five years as a management consultant with Novations Group, a boutique management consulting firm focused on business strategy and organizational structure. Libby began her career in Washington, DC, coordinating disaster relief programs for African countries on behalf of the U.S. Agency for International Development. She also worked in the White House on disaster relief and preparedness programs. Libby holds a master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
