Ann is an active member of the Twin Cities community and serves as the development committee chair of the Admission Possible board, where she has been a member since 2003. Ann earned her undergraduate degree from Carleton College and holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Strategy from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. After business school, she worked for four years as a management consultant with a small retail consulting firm, during which time she successfully opened and operated a local Minneapolis office for the Ohio-based company. Over the past five years, Ann has focused her outside-the-home activities on community service, and on helping her husband with strategic marketing for his clothing store, Twill by Scott Dayton, in the Galleria. She also serves on the boards of the Sister Kenny Foundation, Grace Neighborhood Nursery School and Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Ann and her husband live in Minneapolis with their two children, Teddy, 5, and Kelly, 3.
