Admission Possible Receives National Honors

10/08/2009

As Admission Possible begins its second year serving Greater Milwaukee, the organization received two prestigious awards from associations representing the highest standards in the college access field.  At the National College Access Network's annual conference in September, Admission Possible was honored with the College Access Organization Award of Excellence.  Similarly, the National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC) recognized Admission Possible's achievements helping historically underprivileged high school students with post-secondary opportunities.  Admission Possible received the 2009 Human Relations Award from NACAC on September 30th.  These awards reflect Admission Possible's commitment to Greater Milwaukee; our first branch outside of the Twin Cities.  Both awards honor the hard work  and dedication of Admission Possible's students and AmeriCorps members that made Admission Possible a success in Milwaukee!
