Hi, my name is Joel McFarland and I am thrilled to return to Admission Possible as a senior coach at Harding High School. After coaching my students through a grueling ACT prep course last year, I can't wait to help them apply to college. Get ready; this will involve even more sticker charts!

I grew up on a farm near Columbus Junction, Iowa and came to Minnesota to attend Carleton College. In my spare time, you can find me baking, catching up on current events, exploring the Twin Cities and debating the politics of corn production. One of these days I will finally finish my personal statement and apply to grad school to study public policy.
