Admission Possible Offers College Grads Meaningful Work

Milwaukee, Wis. – Admission Possible offices in Milwaukee and St. Paul are recruiting to fill more than 60 AmeriCorps positions in the next month.  The nonprofit offers free college prep programming to promising, low-income high school students and is looking for high school and college coaches, community and events organizers and external relations team members.  Click here for full release.

Milwaukee, Wis. — On Monday, the College Board named Admission Possible – a nonprofit operating in Milwaukee – as one of the three winners of the first CollegeKeys Compact™ Innovation Awards. Boosting Milwaukee's Economy Through Higher Education

Milwaukee, Wisc. -- Research released this week by the Milwaukee-based urban policy group, CEOs for Cities, states that a single percentage point jump in the share of Milwaukee residents with a bachelor’s degree would mean a $1.5 billion annual boost in the seven-county area economy.  One local nonprofit is hard at work providing its share of the solution to reach 13,000 additional college graduates annually by 2013.  Click here for full release.
