Admission Possible’s idealistic mission is ignited and embraced by the energy and enthusiasm of the people that make it all happen. The 15-member leadership team and the 55 AmeriCorps & AmeriCorps*VISTA members (who are all recent college graduates) work together to represent and share the program’s essential values. The diligent practice of these values culminates in the “Admission Possible Culture.” Click here to view Admission Possible Lessons: How to be an idealistic leader and create positive change.

The Admission Possible Culture may be centered in the 17 Twin Cities' high schools that our 1,300 students attend, but the lessons learned in the Admission Possible program extend beyond the classroom. The Admission Possible culture serves as a catalyst for our students to create their own positive change in their schools, families, communities and the world. “Admission Possible Ripples” is a concept based on the idea that the success of our work will have positive effects that ripple outward into the world and into the future.
