Hi!  My name is Peter Schattauer and I will be the Events Coordinator AmeriCorps member this year.  I graduated from St. Olaf College, just south of the Twin Cities in Northfield.  At St. Olaf, I sang in one of the choirs all four years.  I served as the Co-Vice-President of Worship in the Student Congregation, the Co-Chair of the Partners in Annual Giving Senior Campaign, and as an Admissions Student Worker.  During Fall 2006, I studied abroad in the Middle East spending time in Turkey, Morocco, Egypt, and Greece.  I’ve also studied in South Africa.  In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my roommates, getting too invested in reality television (I love American Idol!), and reading good books with my friends.  I’m so excited to be working with Admission Possible this year, and I’m looking forward to a great year!
