College Planning Workshops are interactive informational sessions that are led by Admission Possible seniors and presented to 9th and 10th grade high school students. Workshops inform freshmen and sophomores about some of the benefits of attending college, how financial aid works, the difference between various types of standardized tests, how to prepare for college, and how Admission Possible provides college preparation assistance. Seniors go through a training and certification process in order to be able to lead workshops, as do the Admission Possible AmeriCorps members who supervise each workshop.
